Lavender essential oil can be used as an insect repellent, to sanitise surfaces and to get rid of bad odours. It really does work wonders! Well known as a sleep aid, lavender can be used in an oil burner, diffuser or spray to relax your body and mind for good a night’s sleep. It’s also an aid for relieving headaches, insomnia, tension and anxiety.

How to use Nomara Organics Essential Oils
Both essential oil fragrances in our set can be used as follows:
2 drops in 10ml base
6 drops or more for burners and diffusers (depending on the size of the room or oil burner)
Do not apply directly onto the skin, oil must be diluted first
For external use only
